CityMotion ensures all payments are processed securely and transparently through PCI DSS–compliant gateways.
Policy Overview
This Payment Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order on CityMotion, you agree to the payment terms described below.

- Apple Pay & Google Pay
- PayPal and other secure digital wallets
- Gift cards or store credits (where applicable)
Currency & Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). Prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Note: Exchange rate conversions or international bank fees may apply depending on your card issuer or payment platform.
Payment Security
CityMotion uses encrypted payment systems to protect customer information. All transactions are handled through a PCI DSS–compliant payment gateway, ensuring your card details remain confidential and secure at all times.

Order Confirmation & Billing
Once your payment is successfully authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Your card statement descriptor will appear as CITYMOTION.

Failed or Declined Transactions
If your payment fails or is declined by your financial institution, please verify your card details or try a different method. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

- Contact your bank to authorize online purchases
Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are issued in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
